Acceptance of Terms

By engaging any service offered by Code & Koffee, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Services

Code & Koffee provides freelance full stack development, online programming classes, mentorship, and corporate training. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in a separate proposal or contract.

Payments

A 50% deposit is typically required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Larger projects may be split into milestones. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Code & Koffee retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless an NDA is in place.

Liability

Code & Koffee is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of delivered software. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. An NDA can be signed upon request.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
